At Shop Panasonic USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original Panasonic packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
